This Privacy Policy explains how Toolchive ("we", "us", or "the site") handles information when you use our free online calculators and tools at toolchive.com. We've kept it short and plain because, frankly, we collect very little.

The short version

All of our calculators run entirely in your browser. The numbers you type in — room sizes, prices, guest counts, and so on — are processed on your own device and are never sent to or stored on our servers. We don't ask you to sign up, and we don't build a profile of you.

Toolchive is free and supported by advertising. We use Google AdSense to display ads. To do this, Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies.

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which tools are popular and how the site performs (for example, page views and general location at the country level). This data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you.

What we do not do

• We don't sell your personal information.
• We don't require an account, and we don't collect names, emails, or payment details to use the tools.
• We don't store the values you enter into the calculators.

Links to other sites

Our pages may link to external sites (for example, Ko-fi for optional support, or reference sources). We're not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, so please review their policies separately.

Children's privacy

Toolchive is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
